Watercolor Style Illustrations for a Residential Development

The client, a small family developer, wanted to represent their real estate offerings in a medium that was not the usual photorealistic marketing collateral.

The resulting visuals developed were in the form of these quaint water color illustrations, infusing the development with a sense of whimsy and warmth.

The digital watercolor aesthetic was developed using a very basic 3D base render that was masked and painted patiently to give the image a paper like texture.
