Architectural design

Rendered in finely textured concrete, the four-bedroom home affords Its occupants with a high degree of privacy, looking almost introspective from the street. The deep roof overhangs ensure ample shading while still allowing filtered daylight deep into the home.

The roof looms daintily over the house, with a seemingly razor sharp edge, evoking a sense of weightlessness. A screened porch becomes an intermediary space during the hot seasons allowing the house to breathe while still remaining enclosed. It serves to expand the living and dining areas when hosting guests.

A compact family room is located on the second floor adjacent to a generous open space that brings light and provides a sense of vastness into the home.
