Hotel Facade Facelift

The dated facade of the hotel did not fully capitalize on its corner location. The facelift was proposed to add a sculptural quality to the old facade in addition to providing an intricate shading device on its long axis. The shorter side sports a linear frames with balconies jutting out allowing for plants to be hosted. A lantern terminate at the apex of the corner as a visual landmark.
