Architectural design

Three facade options were developed for the renovation of this Florida residence. In its own way each attempt to maintain a harmony with its context while being unique.

The first features subtle Mediterranean aesthetic through its white render, and clay roof tiles, with a vibrant splash of color on the front door.

The second scheme features a more muted aesthetic. A concrete band wraps around the residence with render below and siding above. The whites and greys are bathed in light and shadow of the landscape.

The last option features a bolder use of color. The siding is swapped out for a warm maroon. The tiles are also back.

The options share a similar landscaping scheme that brings a generous amount of landscape and shade to the house.
